About Me

My name is Melissa Juarez and I am happy to be teaching 4th grade at RES!

I earned a bachelor of arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (K-8) from Western Governors University. I am certified to teach kindergarten to 6th and 4th to 8th. I have experience in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

My husband is in the Navy and he will be retiring in a few years. This is our second time being stationed in San Antonio and we love it so much that we've decided to retire here. We have 2 children, Samuel and Arabella. Samuel is attending college in the area and Arabella is in 11th grade.

I enjoy reading, sewing, watching movies, and spending time with my friends and family.

I am looking forward to a great year!
