Hello Randolph Thunderbirds!
My name is William Woodland and I am extremely excited to be the Associate Principal here at Randolph Elementary. This is starting my eighth year as the AP here and I am just as excited to be here as the first day I started!
Just a little bit of information about myself. I had the privilege to serve in the United States Marine Corps from '89 until '97. When I returned home I attained my Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and Art History and my Master's Degree in School Administration, both from University of Texas in San Antonio.
This is my 20th year serving students in education. I spent the first 12 years in North Side ISD working with special needs children, the last three of those years as a Special Education Coordinator before moving here to Randolph ISD.
My beautiful wife is a middle school teacher in North East ISD and together we are parents of 3 children, 2 in elementary and 1 in middle school.
I am grateful and excited every day for the opportunity to serve the Randolph Field community. I look forward to a wonderful experience working with the students, parents and staff at Randolph Field Elementary.
