Classroom Rules and Procedures

-Follow directions given by all staff members

-Walk in a quiet and orderly manner

-Show respect for the rights and property of others

-Allow everyone the right to learn

-Have fun!

 

If a student does not follow these rules, they will receive a parent notification in their planner. This planner serves to allow parents to see their child's behavior, as well as allow the students a way to record homework and upcoming assessments. Parents are required to sign this planner once a week by the following Monday morning.

If a student is following directions, they may receive a ticket. This ticket will enter our class drawing and if it is picked, students are allowed to redeem it for goodies from the treasure chest. If the class is behaving as a whole, they may receive extra recess time. 

 

Your child's communication folder will serve as a way for your child to bring graded papers and other information home and to class. Please make sure you are checking your child's communication folder daily.
