Arrival and Dismissal
School Hours: 7:50am - 3:30pm.
Dismissal/Transportation Changes: We must have a written note each time advising us of any changes in your child’s dismissal. Please make sure you notify me of changes before 2:00. Otherwise, children will go home as previously specified.

Base Bus and Child Care:

- If your child will be dropped off or picked up by an activity or child care organization, they will enter and exit the campus at the bus ramp near the front doors of the school.
Student drop off/pick up and walkers: (See map below)
All students walking or being dropped off will exit and enter the campus from one of the five gates behind the campus (Playground side).
- You may bring and pick up your child at the designated grade level gate or have your child walk to and from the gate by themselves. If you choose the latter, please talk with your child about parking lot safety.
- If you have more than one child at RES and you want to meet them at the gate (rather than having them enter/exit on their own), the older child(ren) should enter/exit at the gate of the youngest sibling.
- Each morning and afternoon, staff members will be at each gate to greet students as they arrive and monitor them as they leave. Each child will have a backpack tag that indicates which gate (or area) he/she should utilize and whether or not they're allowed to go on their own or if they must wait for their parent to be released.
*Please keep me updated on how your child is going home. IF there are any changes please let me know as soon as possible.
