Hello amazing Kindergartners. I am Patricia Washington, a native of Elizabeth City, N.C. and a married mother of one. My husband is a retired 26-year U.S. Army veteran and my son Jason is a 11th Grader at Randolph High School. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Social Work, with a minor in Early Childhood Education, from Elizabeth City State University.  My work history has been divided between 14+ years of classroom experience and 15 years with the Army’s Child and Youth Services as a director for Family Child Care. This is my 7th year working for Randolph Elementary. Throughout my 27+ years in the field of education, aiding in the development of children continues to be my passion and joy. As we begin this school year, I am over-joyed and look forward to have the opportunity to assist your children with their educational needs while serving Randolph Elementary School as an Instructional Aide.
