Welcome!

This is my 30th year as an educator and my 8th year at Randolph Elementary School. I graduated from Texas A&M University (Whoop!) with a Bachelor of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. I majored in Elementary Education with minors in math and art. After my 7th year of teaching, I returned to school at, what was then, Southwest Texas State University and received a Masters Degree in Special Education. I also received my certification as an Educational Administrator in 2015.

 

My husband, Rob, works in Austin, so we reside in the beautiful town of New Braunfels. We have two adult sons. Our oldest son, Cody, lives and works in Houston, TX, along with his beautiful wife, Allie. Allie is an ARD facilitator for Katy ISD. Our youngest son, Jared, currently lives in Dallas, TX and is able to travel all over the USA with his career. We are about to have our first granddaughter in February, 2024.

 

On my time off, I enjoy reading, listening to Texas Country Music, traveling, watching college sports-especially Aggie football, and spending time with my husband, family, 2 dogs, 3 cats, and a turtle. 

 

My father served in the Air Force before I was born, and he instilled in me a great respect for the military and a huge love of country.
